Paper Feeding Section	Combination chain feeding system ensures stable paper feeding and reduces waste rate.
Printing Section	Microcomputer digital phase adjuster for faster and more precise phase adjustments. Automatic plate lifting and ink guiding to prevent ink from drying when the machine is paused. Electric separation, pneumatic locking, and pneumatic braking for product accuracy. Pneumatic diaphragm pump for ink supply. Main transmission gears made of 45# steel with oblique teeth, high-frequency quenching, and precision machining. Automatic spray lubrication ensures mechanical accuracy and longevity.
Die Cutting & Slotting Section	Bottom die uses imported urethane rubber pads with pneumatic lifting to prevent damage during idling and phase adjustment. Bottom die automatically shifts left and right during operation, and rotary die-cutting automatically repositions to prevent repeated cutting marks, significantly extending the life of the urethane rubber pad.
